Everett and Visitors

We have been blessed with many visitors over the past six weeks. They have helped with entertaining Sophia, cooking, walking Everett to sleep, cleaning, laundry, and many other indispenible tasks. We are so appreciative of all the assistance, well-wishes, and gifts we have received. Thanks so much for keeping us in your hearts.
Everett is doing really well and is the very happy baby we have always wished for. I know, its still early but he is so sweet. Sophia is still adjusting to having to share everything with 'baby critter'. She has good days and bad days.

Dada, Sophia and Everett (5 weeks)

Everett (5 weeks) enjoys taking showers with me. I am posting this photo just because it shows how curly his hair can get when wet.

Grandma Barson snuggles with Sophia and Everett (4 weeks). This is a rare moment when Sophia is actually still enough to photograph.

Grandpa 'Papa' Barson flew in to 'take things under control' and walk Everett (5 weeks) to sleep. Papa and Sophia enjoyed drawing lots of shapes and colors on her art easel.

Everett (5 weeks) is just starting to crack a smile. Mosting just after he has eaten...well, wouldn't you?
Kim Whipple visited a few weeks ago while traveling from Moscow back home to Lacey before continuing on to Houston where she will start her new job. She and Sophia also had fun drawing 'bananas' on her art easel (long story short...Kim was trying to draw a crescent moon ;)). Everett is 4 weeks here and happy as can be.

2-week-old Everett is walking with Grandma 'Gamma' Johnson. He is wrapped in his Seahawks blanket to support the home team...too bad they lost anyways.

Auntie Katie with Sophia and Everett (2 weeks). Remember, "little bites Auntie Katie!"

Auntie Kim and Everett (1 week). He was still so little then.
