I piled up several of her favorite fuzzy blankets on top to John's sleeping bag. This made for lots of fun with cushy softness. She enjoyed rolling around in just her diaper.I also have to report that I cut her hair for the first time last night. Her bangs were getting so long that she was frustrated, and never leaves in a hair clip. So, I parted her hair, combed the bangs forward and clipped away. At first it didn't seem like such a big deal, and I thought 'hey, I don't need to save this hair for any reason'. A few minutes later I was on the floor picking up every last little strand. I had a nice 1-inch little curl that I saved and will someday put into a book. Lucky for me that her hair is curly because I cut a bit more length than I originally wanted.
